Shipping Information: Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for processing of your order in addition to shipping days. Thank you! You will receive automatic updates regarding your order if you enter your email address. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Items are inspected before shipment to ensure high quality. Apparel can be exchanged only for quality issues or incorrect sizing. Items can not be exchanged once worn or tried on. Frequently Asked Questions: We charge only for the shipping costs at the rate we are charged by shippers. We do not include a handling charge. Generally we ship USPS unless the customer otherwise specifies. HOLIDAY ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICIES: In observance of the holiday season, our fulfillment center will be closed beginning Wednesday, December 24, 2008 through Monday, January 5, 2009. All orders placed during this time will begin processing on Monday, January 5, 2009 regardless of shipping method selected. If you are placing an order for the holidays please make a note of our shipping deadlines.
